Excellent car wash. I go well out of my way to get my car cleaned here: it cleans very efficiently and has not left any swivel scratches on my paint, nor any blatant damage. Membership is super worth the fee for me. Also, the workers are phenomenal and thorough in getting the tough dirt spots on my car off with pressured hoses before the wash, and they dry it off very well afterward for no extra cost. It's a great value!

In general, we are pleased with how clean and shiny our car comes out. Some of the employees are exceptionally pleasant and try their best to make things good. However, there is one problem we can't seem to resolve. The driver's side tire shine has not been working recently. We have had some communication about it, but have not come to a satisfactory resolution. If it were not for this issue I would give them 5 stars.

What an excellent experience I had today on Black Friday at the car wash. I feel so bad that I didn’t get the employees name but he knows who he is. He was so kind and had the biggest smile on his face the entire time. His smile is so infectious. After my car wash, I began vacuuming my SUV and he came out to the vacuum area to talk to me. Let me just say that his act of kindness brought tears to my eyes. He left me with a life long memory that will never be forgotten.

Carwash is great but the drying off of the cars leaves a lot to be desired. You have a kid at the end of the wash hand drying the car after you exit the wash. It’s actually more of a wipe of the windows than a hand dry. Most washes I’ve seen have two attendants hand drying the car as it exits the wash, one on either side of the car. I don’t typically leave reviews, but this establishment deserves one! Simply because of its employees. They are helpful and so sweet. The car wash itself is my favorite. It does an awesome job cleaning my car and there is never any damage done. You also have access to free vacuums! It’s convenient and the staff is wonderful. Plus the value of the varying packages is great for any budget. What more could you ask for?
My car ALWAYS looks great when leaving this car wash. The employees are always friendly and the monthly membership is a great bargain! Highly recommended!!!

I take my car here frequently. You sit in your car, and view the entire process. I pay monthly for the best car wash package they have. It's worth it if you visit frequently.

Best wash in town. Subscription plan is wonderful Edit: my vehicle is one month old and the bay scratched the trunk of my vehicle all the way up. Canceled membership immediately. Waiting for repairs to contact me, if they do. Edit: Manager Zach contacted and handled situation with professionalism. Troy of classic refurb is handling the repair of the scratches and offered a loaner. Edit: Repair is complete and all was handled with class. Even when making a mistake Classic stands by their product and delivers.

Need more than one person drying cus as soon as another car comes near the end they hurry and half dry your car Also when I go into neutral I don't need the person yelling again to put it in neutral, what do they want me to do if it's already in neutral? How about lining my car up correctly to begin with?

This car wash has been a very good place to wash my truck; The last three times however, it left my windshield with dirty film on the windshield and a few scratches on my hood. Clean the drying spool and make sure there is no debris in the cloth. I have a monthly subscription but will cancel it if it happens again. It took about an hour of buffing to erase the scratches.
I pay monthly for unlimited washes. My car body has always come out clean. I can't say that for my wheels. They have never come out of the car wash totally clean . Staff was nice.

Today, 6/11/2022, is the grand opening of the Classic Clean Auto Wash in Madison. I stopped in at noon to try the car wash and also to sign up for an unlimited wash package. Considering it's their grand opening, I was expecting some glitches, yet it only took approximately 10 minutes in their office to sign up for the unlimited wash package. I purchased the 12 month "Deluxe" package which is 20% off - $307.20 out the door. Access to both the Mentor and Madison locations are included.
