Excellent car wash. I go well out of my way to get my car cleaned here: it cleans very efficiently and has not left any swivel scratches on my paint, nor any blatant damage. Membership is super worth the fee for me. Also, the workers are phenomenal and thorough in getting the tough dirt spots on my car off with pressured hoses before the wash, and they dry it off very well afterward for no extra cost. It's a great value!

Have been using the Madison car wash since it opened, but cancelled my unlimited plan today. Last several visits, workers were not pre rinsing or hand dry touchup like the past. Meanwhile the workers are glued to there phones

In general, we are pleased with how clean and shiny our car comes out. Some of the employees are exceptionally pleasant and try their best to make things good. However, there is one problem we can't seem to resolve. The driver's side tire shine has not been working recently. We have had some communication about it, but have not come to a satisfactory resolution. If it were not for this issue I would give them 5 stars.

What an excellent experience I had today on Black Friday at the car wash. I feel so bad that I didn’t get the employees name but he knows who he is. He was so kind and had the biggest smile on his face the entire time. His smile is so infectious. After my car wash, I began vacuuming my SUV and he came out to the vacuum area to talk to me. Let me just say that his act of kindness brought tears to my eyes. He left me with a life long memory that will never be forgotten.

Carwash is great but the drying off of the cars leaves a lot to be desired. You have a kid at the end of the wash hand drying the car after you exit the wash. It’s actually more of a wipe of the windows than a hand dry. Most washes I’ve seen have two attendants hand drying the car as it exits the wash, one on either side of the car. I don’t typically leave reviews, but this establishment deserves one! Simply because of its employees. They are helpful and so sweet. The car wash itself is my favorite. It does an awesome job cleaning my car and there is never any damage done. You also have access to free vacuums! It’s convenient and the staff is wonderful. Plus the value of the varying packages is great for any budget. What more could you ask for?
Have been using this Madison classic wash since they opened, i am very unhappy with the results I have received. There is rubber and who knows what else down the front and side of my car. Memberships have been canceled
My car ALWAYS looks great when leaving this car wash. The employees are always friendly and the monthly membership is a great bargain! Highly recommended!!!

This is a very good place to get a car wash
I no longer use this wash because it does not do a good clean. It is supposed to get a foam bath, but hardly any soap comes out. I had a monthly membership and thought it might have been a "one off" thing, but it happened every time I went through. Also, I do not like the "rubber" washers. All they did was beat up the sides of my car, leaving light scratches all over. I get a better wash at Mentor Ave Zappy's, where I can smell the soap as I go thru for $3.

Place DOES not accept American currency , all they do is open the gate and tell you drive around go to mod and wash where they accept all forms of American currency

I take my car here frequently. You sit in your car, and view the entire process. I pay monthly for the best car wash package they have. It's worth it if you visit frequently.
Great place to get your car washed
Paid for the top wash price and the car was mostly clean but there was soap between the trunk panel gap and the lid gasket. Soap foam still visible looking at the hood near the wipers when I pulled out. Water running down door gaps...etc. literally could have slowed the machine down and picked up all of that with the blower or the young man at the exit could have wiped it down with a sham. I like the vacuum setup at the exit. The ends are narrow enough to get the gap next to the seat
It would be nice if the clearance was written at the entrance or have somewhere to turn around instead of workers pointing and laughing. This is something that should not need to be addressed.
I have been a member since it opened. I pay for the highest quality wash they offer In their monthly membership services. Definitely worked better when it was a new facility. Tires no longer shine like before, lots of water spots and streaks. Vacuum works great. Still an ok wash. Worst part is getting behind a non-member!! Then you have to wait for them to pay, and fill out paperwork. It can take forever, meanwhile the other lines are just moving. Really need a non-members line.

Car wash is ok. Doesn't get bugs off. Employees are more interested in playing on there phones in the office instead of cleaning the cars.
Just go to Mod Wash down the road. Better amenities and people.

It'd be a full five stars if the employee didn't break my mom's review mirror. the employee didnt ask us to close them or anything she just walked up and pushed on it assuming they moved or weren't electronic. She's lucky it didn't come off in the car wash
The brushes that scrub your vehicle could be replaced with newer ones so Thick, heavy rubber isn't beating against your vehicle. There's a lot of other car washes like this that are way nicer.
I pull in to get my car washed. They fold in the mirrors leaving my side view mirrors dirty and dirty spots on my windows and the side of my car is still dirty. How is this a functioning car wash?

The fella came out and sprayed one small part of my car as a courtesy presoak thing. If he would have done my whole vehicle, it might have come out clean. The lady with the rag only wiped one mirror and faked the rest. So I drove away with a dirty wet vehicle. Waste of $16.. Very nice facility.
Took my car to get washed and well it looked pretty much the same when I left!!! It was a waste of money. I should have listen to the complaints people told me about this car wash thankfully I passed on the monthly membership pass!!! Very disappointed
Done an about average job on my truck missed spots like most other car washs vacuums didn't have much power.
I would say the most disappointing thing about the car wash are the attendant’s. They come out just to bother you. I know what I’m paying for let me pay and go.

Update: I am changing my review from a five star to a one star review due to the wash not working as good as it formally did. The wheel scrubbers are currently not working (which I pay extra for each month.) The sprayers don't seem to spray enough water to rinse all the soap off of my car. Employees are always playing on their phones, Everytime I go i get a different service sometimes they spray the bugs with the pressure washer and sometimes they don't. . Wax is always out and spraying water. My truck is usually still dirty after washing,bugs still on the front and on windshield.It's a total disorganized mess. Today the vacuums are broken for a brand new place its totally uncalled for.
Have a Monthly membership, never fully cleans around the wheel wells not a huge deal but now have swirl scratches down both sides of a $60,000 dollar truck. Will be cancelling membership immediately.
Don't waste your money. Very disappointed with the wash on my car. Wheels came out dirty. Car was not dry completely. I paid for the $13 car wash.expected more.another car wash up the street that does a much better job for a cheaper price.
Went to the trouble of setting up my account online so I could change my monthly wash settings as needed but they don't give any options for that only the option to buy gift cards does not make any sense to have an online account with them. Please make this change

Bought the $16 wash did not do the job. Undercarriage still dirty, soap spots door hinges and gas lid. Rinse is weak low pressure wash. Only good thing is vacuum. Go somewhere else if you can.

I recently purchased another car from Classic. I was given a coupon for a free deluxe wash to try there service. I presented my coupon and they kindly got me in line. I noticed that when I went through the basic wash what I was provided. I told the porter and he kindly told me to go back around and let the people know up front. I spent $16 on a car wash just to leave soap all over my car... yea I'll never go their again.. an the person who supposed to do the touch up when ur done didnt even do anything but play on her phone an drag the towel on my car. I'll be expecting a refund because I do have photos
Paid for the best wash at $16.00 inside of my wheel wells still had mud in them wheels were still black with break dust mirrors windshield and front bumper and grill head lights still all covered in bugs and I have a tonneau cover was only half clean Will never go back or recommend their services to any one
